The Lower Mind strengthens through repetition—repeating the same reactions, habits, and emotional loops.
Non-routine activities disrupt these patterns and awaken awareness.
When you try something new, even in small ways, the mind steps out of autopilot and becomes more present.
Methods
There are two ways of trimming our expectations :
Having been involved in non-routine activities, we have now reached a stage at which we should observe to what extent these activities have changed our minds.
Various kinds of Non-Routine Activities:
• Walk a different route
• Learn a new skill
• Create something
• Sit quietly in nature
• Read beyond your usual interests
• Listen to unfamiliar music
• Visit Human Care & Support Centres
• Visit peaceful spiritual places
These fresh experiences soften old conditioning and open the door to inner growth.





B. Meditation
Meditation is an activity that stops the influence of the Lower Mind and enhances the Awareness of SELF.
